How long will my order take to get to me?

Website orders are processed and shipped on the same or next business day after they are received.

Phone orders placed before 2 PM EST are shipped on the same day they are received (US Mail orders will be shipped the same day before 11:30am). No shipments are sent out on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

Shipping times vary depending on the state you live in and your choice of shipment carrier (UPS, FedEx, or US Mail). For an approximate shipping time in transit you can see the map below.

This is a UPS map. These ship times are all based on UPS shipping.

FedEx ship times are normally the same as UPS shipping times but may vary in some areas from this UPS map.

US Priority mail takes approximately 3- 5 days within the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia.

US Parcel Post takes approximately 5-10 business days. When you place your order you will be given an option to chose either UPS, FedEX or US Mail shipping.

How much will shipping cost?

The shipping cost is the same as the published shipping cost using UPS ground shipping. This is calculated based on the approximate weight of your package. When you put items in your shopping cart, the shipping cost is calculated and adjusted according to the items you put in your cart. If you'd like to know how much your shipping cost would be for an item, you can put it in your shopping cart and then click 'check out' to see how much the shipping cost is listed for that item or list of items.


You can return any product for any reason at all. We will handle your return in whatever way you choose. You can have a full refund, a replacement, or a credit for something else. Any return must be unopened with an unbroken safety seal. Returns need to be made within 30 days for a full refund. Returns received by us more than 30 days after the original purchase will have a 10% restocking fee deducted. Returns are not accepted if received back more than 60 days after the original purchase.

To make a return, send the return product to the address below. Also send a copy of your original order if possible, with a note of what you want us to do: refund your purchase price; send you a replacement; or credit your account for a future order.   • Do note any damages to the exterior of the box on the invoice received with the package, and highlight all damaged items.
  • Do not discard the original shipment box or its packaging.
  • Do not return damaged items without notifying us first to obtain instructions
